Shipping and Returns
Items arrived broken!
We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Please note that while we take great care in shipping your orders, all goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk, and we cannot guarantee delivery at a specified time. Common carriers are bonded and responsible for any damage due to handling issues. If your merchandise arrives with noticeable damage, please report it directly to the carrier. They are responsible for handling any damage or loss claims.
Additionally, any damage or shortage must be reported within seven days from receipt of goods. Thank you for your understanding!
Do you accept returns?
If you need to make a return, please be aware that a 20% restocking fee and applicable freight charges will apply. If you receive incorrect merchandise or items with irregularities, please return them in their original packaging.
Kindly note that discontinued items cannot be returned, whether they were purchased while still in stock or after being discontinued.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No worries! We understand that sometimes changes need to be made. You can modify your order before it leaves our facility. However, once it’s on its way, we are unable to change the order.
If you need to cancel your order, simply reach out to us via email at info@goldentop.ca or give us a call at (604) 288-1142. We’re here to help. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.
Orders & payment
Minimum order is $500 per shipment. For orders less than $500.00 per shipment, a “Sales Administration Charge” of $25 will be added to the invoice.
New customer orders must be prepaid by cash, credit card or cheque.
Net 30 Days terms are available upon approved signed credit applications and payment will be accepted by cheque only.
A 2.5% surcharge will be applied to that invoice if that customer chooses to pay by credit card after 20 days from that date of the invoice.
Any custom order will require 50% payment deposit as order being confirmed.
A 1.5% per month (18% annually) “Interest Charge” will be applied to all overdue invoices.
We reserve the right to submit overdue accounts to a Third-Party collection agency and the customer will be responsible for all collections and legal fees.
The administration charge for a NSF cheque will be $20.
Future orders may be held if the customer’s account has an outstanding balance.
Pricing
Case pricing is based on the combined quantity for all designs on each item.
Name-drop fee is $1.00 per piece.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
How are shipping rates calculated?
At Goldentop, we aim to make shipping easy for you. Unless you request a specific carrier when placing your order, we’ll choose the best carrier for you on a freight collect basis.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently don’t sell directly to consumers, however if you are a retailer looking to carry our products in other parts of we the world we would love to chat. Contact us at info@goldentop.ca or use our contact form.
